Workshop is currently working on a proposal for a mixed use development over partly 4 and partly 5 levels, comprising a hotel/serviced apartment complex of 46 apartments/rooms, reception area and conference room; 10 permanent residential apartments; a shop, restaurant, and parking for 56 vehicle. The project is in Batemans Bay, NSW. The proposal has been submitted to the NSW Department of Planning for determination under the Major Projects State Environment Planning Policy.
